br /I see that folks are disappointed in the looks of this product. I have not purchased these, but where I live they are not used as decoration but rather as decoys for osprey and hawks. They float above your real fish so that the predators go for them and not your real (expensive) koi. They are meant to protect rather than to look like real fish to humans. These decoys are usually much more expensive. Google 'floating koi decoy' to compare. Apparently you can also get decoy hippo heads and alligators to scare off raccoons!

Both arrived to my home with a broken fin and one would not maintain an upright position. Kept turning over to its side. Looked like it had passed on. I gave it a try, but I will definately not retry.

I read the other reviews and the fish does look cheap when it arrives. The listing on amazon shows 4 fish in a pond. There is no description or any indication that you only get 1 fish! I thought it would be worth it even if there were a little cheesy, being that you would get 4. Defiantly not worth the money for 1 fish.

This item does not give you value for the money spent. The image displayed on the web site is not a true representation of the product. I knew the shipment is for one fish only.
